More Bullshit

I went right to sleep after the last entry (4:58 AM). I plugged my phone in the charger first, which had died. I forgot that when you plug this phone in and it lights up it's not on; it's just charging. My previous phone was always 'on' when charging; when plugged in. I slept well, with odd memories of movies and a dream about my still living grandmother's funeral. Mark woke me up amidst blinding headache pain to tell me that Michael couldn't get through to me so he'd called Mark to let him know they were taking his grandmother off life support; Mark said that he had asked Michael if he should wake me, but Michael said no. Mark woke me anyways and I called Michael right away but there was no answer. He texted soon after to ask if he could see me later, and I said yes. There was a new text from him from earlier that read "I need you. Where are you?" which broke my heart. Last night I had something close to an argument with Mark because he and Mollie had planned on going to look for a new car today even if I didn't go - a decision that should be shared by Mark & I - but that I wanted to go visit Michael because of what was going on with him and I was worried about him. Mark and Mollie said that tomorrow is probably the only day that Mark can go look at a car on his vacation as we have plans every other day - but I'm not understanding why he needs to go on his vacation. It annoys me. I feel left out, ignored, invisible - and extremely useless. My head hurts so bad! My thoughts are with Michael. *

I got up later, and my headache was mostly gone. I hung out with Mark & Mollie. I spoke to Michael before that and he was planning on coming over later to see me. I wanted to stay home to be with him, as he had no way of telling me when he'd be over as he was spending time with his dying grandmother, and I didn't want to pressure him to rush or anything. My Midrin didn't kill the headache and it was coming back so I took some ibuprofen which killed it. Mark's parents came over later which was cool except his step-mom was coughing on her hands and all over everything - and basically spit in my new juice which led me to dump that out. Later I went to bed and Mark & Mollie went to look at cars. Right before falling asleep (for about an hour) Michael texted and said he'd be over soon; he arrived shortly after I woke (to find that Mollie & Mark had left). Michael seemed interested in going to Pizza Hut with Mark & Mollie so I went and got him to go though I knew I wouldn't be able to eat anything there. After that we went to Whole Foods for more juice, and to the gas station for candy, as I had a craving for M&Ms (plus we put gas in the car. We played euchre, but the game was interrupted with a call saying things were looking grim for Michael's grandma so he had to go; I went with him. It felt good to be helping in any small way that I could, and his sister Rhonda later thanked me for coming with him. His grandmother started doing better again and Michael wanted to leave, feeling that he'd made his peace with her and she was being well looked after. We came home and showered and got ready for bed but I was hungry so I went down stairs for a snack, chatting with Mollie & Mark, then came upstairs and wrote this. I'll be brushing my teeth and then going to bed probably. *

3:37 AM: Just before writing the last entry, I took pictures of Michael while he slept - he loved them when I showed them to him; said it made him feel good that I wanted the pictures of him.

Mark & I visited Mollie in the morning (we were home before 9:57 am, when I gave Carrie a call), then he left for Toledo to visit his relatives. I chose to stay home to be closer to Mollie. I slept. I went to visit her that evening and stayed for several hours. Carrie arrived later, with Karen, and Mark also later joined us. Mark took pictures.

I went to Manhunt to delete some messages that were building up (mostly Manhunt ads) and I looked at Michael's profile and noticed it said his availability was "Right Now" and he'd also updated his description to say he was HIV Negative as of July 1st (when he got tested for me). I was struck at the time by the availability question because I was almost sure (but not quite) that when he'd shown me his profile a few months back (on Monday, April 13, 2009 *), that he'd made sure to say he was unavailable. I sent him a message about this at 11:57 PM.

I know this makes me seem really stupid, but he didn't comment on why he'd updated his HIV Status and I didn't even think to question him on it. Still the question remains:

If Michael wasn't looking for sex on Manhunt, then why update his HIV Status? What purpose would that serve? And why did his profile list him as being available "Right Now"? Was the 2nd part a simple mistake? Even if it was, why the HIV update if not to entice potential lovers?

By checking the logs on my website (http://www.gothboy.com) I can say that the next two entries came directly from Michael's unique laptop signature:

And by checking IP Addresses I can say that the next e-mail messages came from the same cable modem that Michael uses (it's possible, however unlikely that these did not both come from his laptop):

My mother had the same thing done in her right shoulder. And from my understanding another relative in Virginia had the surgery just a few weeks ago. So house on the market huh? Where you moving to?

The last thing I received from you was the Certificate of Death for Charles Ferguson. Since it has been so long that I have worked on this I cant remember how you and I are related. SO if you could get my info on how you think you are related to the Fergusons that would be great.

I have started a new tree online. Its at MY Heritage Family Tree the title I think is Berner. Just started it so I dont have a lot of the info transfered to it yet. That will take me a few days to accomplish if I can the energy to do it. PLus the time. I have my own house here in Taylor with 3 roommates 4 cats and 2 dogs so dont have much free time plus working 50 hours a week.

When comparing the IP Addresses of the 2 above messages with a comment Michael left on my blog in July it's clear that they were sent from the same cable modem:

The message to the guy on craigslist led to a conversation, with the last bit featuring an attached picture of Michael masturbating, labeled "hot":

[There was also another message from this guy suggesting that the screen name he sent Michael was wrong and that he should try sprong300 instead. When I looked at Michael's AIM account later that day, both of these names were listed in his 'Recent Buddies' list. After I confronted him about all this he changed his password and when I checked again later he had deleted the names.]

Their AIM chat apparently started around 3:19 AM (per the above messages). It must not have lasted for long (or he got bored) because by 3:39 AM he was hitting on an old hookup (Dave - Screen Name NDDITHARD) on Manhunt and by 3:43 AM they were leaving to meet up at Michael's work so Michael could "pound a load in him":
