On Thursday, October 8, 2009 I saw a guy named Benjaminboy31 on gay.com. I wondered briefly if this might be the Benjamin that Michael had hooked up with a few times. I assumed I was just being paranoid until I noticed something looking over his profile pictures:
The first thing I noticed was that Benjamin was muscular; a common trait among Michael's stable of men (excluding me). The 2nd thing I noticed was that he lived in Wyandotte which I recognized right away as a city he'd traveled to before for sex. But the final piece of the puzzle was found in Benjamin's pictures:
I knew very little about Benjamin. I knew that he and Michael had hooked up more than once. I knew that this began before July 23, 2009 (when Michael got his Boost Mobile phone) and that it had continued after that as Benjamin had texted him in August, and later September at which point Michael told him the truth. I knew that Benjamin knew Michael as Collin. And I'd once asked Michael if Benjamin had cats, to which Michael had responded that he had cats and a snake and a spider and other animals. In this last picture you can see a tv in the background and behind it to the left you can see a large aquarium which could hold a snake and another small habitat to the left of the lamp that could house a spider. Suddenly I knew this was Benjamin who had texted Michael when he was at Cedar Point without me, and again on the 9th of August just hours after Michael & I had slept together - lass than 72 hours before my birthday, while I was working a project for Mollie...and I now knew that Michael had fucked him in the bed in that picture. I also knew that this guy lived about 15 minutes from Michael's house in Taylor, and that he wanted to hook up with Michael several more times than he did, but that Michael couldn't because he was working. When Michael had originally told me that it had really hurt to hear that he couldn't fuck this guy because he was working, and not because he had a boyfriend that loved him. Michael later told me that he thinks he fucked Benjamin twice and got blown by him once.
I asked Michael if this was Benjamin when I saw him on Friday, October 9, 2009. Michael confirmed that this is Benjamin. Michael & Mark went out for food for all 3 of us, and I remembered that the when I had messaged Benjamin on gay.com, he hadn't responded, and I now wondered if this was because he'd seen the picture of me & Michael together in my profile. I sent him a message at midnight.
