I took the trash out. I eptied and filled the dishwasher; Mark did the dishes. I did a load of laundry. Took Mark to his old work place to pay his insurance; it was nice to see his old coworker Sean, but his former employer Ted Green took Mark aside and was a complete dick to him. I should have gone with them; I strongly regret not doing so, though Mark told me not to. I would have so gone off on that man! We also went to Meijer, the bank, Kroger (where I saw former Hollywood patron Les) and Little Caears. The crazybread was yummy. I rewatched Graham Norton. I unloaded the car. I attempted a nap but couldn't sleep.

I miss Michael.

Why are they being so mean to Mark? Why did he get laid off? I'm so confused :(

They're being mean to Mark because they've always been mean to Mark. It's never been outright; more a backhanded disrespectful kind of way. It's always been that way (except in the very beginning when they NEEDED him very badly) and they've alays treated him poorly; thankfully Mark stood up for himself when they let him go and sought legal action and protection. They laid him off because of cutbacks I think, but just like everything else to do with Mark they did it in a terrible fashion; letting him go before others who had been there far less time despite his seniority. And it was NOT handled well. It was just disgusting and I loathe his former manager. Many of his coworkers were cool, and some others were less so, but this Ted Green guy is just a bitch.
