Bald Jason's Musings

So I'm hearing rumors that the Doctor Who finale will have a cliffhanger ending leading into the Christmas Special. That gives Season 31 61 episodes (assuming there are no more special episodes and that all of Season 4 of Sarah Jane is included - which I won't know until it's aired this Fall - probably September - Decmeber). Erg. So, I won't be sure of how they all fit together until the end of this year. As it stands I'm pretty sure about the first 35 installments, which include 5 Torchwood episodes, 9 Doctor Who installments, and 21 Sarah Jane episodes. It sounds like a lot of Sarah Jane (and it is) but you have to remember that 2 episodes of Sarah Jane are just slightly longer than an average episode of Torchwood or Doctor Who, and that 6 of those Doctor Who episodes are longer than average episodes, while all 5 Torchwood episodes are also longer than average, so it's not as unbalanced as you'd expect. Plus The Doctor appears in at 3 of the episodes and his show is referenced in several others.
