I've been standing still

for 6 long years...

I got so caught up

in all my fears...

I got so lost

in my own tears...

Can I change lanes?

Can I shift gears?

I feel I'm trapped

though I've come so far...

I had to stand still

to survive my scars...

But now I wonder

am I really so tough?

Time to start moving,

Time to start proving,

I've made it this far

but that's not enough.
