I'M THERE

I've been there before
to that place you abhor
and the truth that you fear
yet you're so longing for...

And I'm there with you now
holding fast to my vow
for I hold you so dear
that I'm with you somehow.

And the darkness
and tears
and the fears that you'll face...

May drag you through hell;
as though
that's a real place...

But I've faith you'll arrive;
with the strength to survive...
for you've been worthwhile;
I tell you it's true...

You must face it alone
and can never go home
but not really alone
for I'm there with you too.
