KRYPTONITE PRIDE

The flaw in the logic,

The tear in the wine,

The crack in the mirror,

The fear in the shrine,

The love we won't feel,

The hate we allow,

The lust we suppress consumes us somehow...

And we think that denying will make it alright...

We're proud to revile,

When unreconciled,

But then truth seeps inside us like right kryptonite.

If the pain doesn't kill us

the truth sets us free...

If the hatred inside us

will allow us to be...

But hate can be treacherous;

Fear is a cancer...

To survive it's election,

We answer each question...

With hope in our lives that love is the answer.
