I must admit I had forgotten...
How "God's Love" was truly rotten...
I let it slide and tried to doubt it...
But former Baptist screamed to shout it:
The power of God
is the power of fear!
The power to hurt
those that should be held dear!
The power to split those in two
who are odd!
Prejudice is the power of God!
The power of cowards,
this power of hate,
This power is sour,
This God is not great,
But this hoax of power is de-
flowered when...
you open your eyes
on those you despise:
The power revealed
is a lie told by men.
