WENDY
Wendy is new
and she is hardly known...
We speak now and then
on my oldest cell phone...
We geek out for Who,
for Captain Jack Harkness...
For "Rat Jam" & drag queens
and dancing in darkness...
But Wendy is leaving
and I want her to stay...
I selfishly want
to be near her this way...
For Wendy is laughter
and beauty & fun...
Wendy is music,
though likes SG-1...
But besides that her taste
is almost perfection...
Wendy inspires within me:
affection...
A friendship that's easy
and hard to see go...
I guess I like Wendy
more than she knows.
