BIRTHDAY BLUES
The melty candles / wrapping paper:
gaudy royal shit...
I blew them out and tore it off;
smiles to hide a fit...
For all I ever wanted
was for cocks instead of toys...
I settled for my cousin
though I wanted many boys...
I wanted child pleasure
and I ached with child greed...
Nothing ever satisfied
my craving hunger need...
But looking back on candle wax;
on parties made too sweet...
No one understood me then
and no one could compete...
No one guessed my child's face
was hiding manly lust...
No one understood my need
for sweat and flesh and thrust.
