FROM BOY TO MAN (BOR)

PART II: SUFFER THE LITTLE CHILDREN

He enters slowly almost free,

Walking toward his Destiny.

He scans the room for signs of life,

And finds but one that shares his knife.

He tries to make his presence known,

Discovering he's already flown.

He knows that mystery inquires,

But does not quench the raging fires.

He feels the pain as Desire burns,

And allows the rain to take its turn.

He makes his way across the floor,

And wonders if there will be more,

He tries to talk but cannot speak,

As silent tears caress his cheeks.

He feels the end drawing near,

But can't control his thawing fear.

He now knows Pain can realize,

As empathy makes them rise.

He takes the step that all men begin,

Behold: Suffer The Little Children.
