VAMPIRE DREAMS 2:
CREATURE OF THE NIGHT
He knows not her name...nor her face,
But he feels her pulse...her blood race,
Her stimulus is fear...and fear tastes the best,
It relieves the thirst longer than the rest.
She knows that this "man" is following her,
She believes that a crime will soon occur,
But nothing here is what it seems,
And she'll not wake from this Vampire Dream.
He can feel his lust taking control,
He can't wait to feed on her innocent soul,
Her circulatory system lights up the night,
As he bears his fangs for his Vampire Bite!
And then he attacks with the speed of night,
His victim...this woman puts up no real fight,
Her jugular is exposed and he releases a hiss,
As he quenches his thirst in a Vampire's Kiss.
She forfeits her life to this tragic beast,
As he takes her life's blood she leaves in peace,
But the sirens come soon and he must escape,
He releases her throat and caresses her nape.
Blood drips down from his scarlet stained lips,
As claws spring forth from his fingertips,
He knows he must return by dawn's first light,
For he is not of the day but a Creature Of The Night.
