SPEECHLESS

I made Christopher speechless the 1st time we spoke;

no one does that to him;

at least that is what he told me.

1 week ago today I overslept &

he passed between countries to

bring me something I'd left behind.

1 week ago we discussed & questioned...

1 week ago we said goodbye for now.

1 week has passed with no e-mail messages

or telephone calls...no replies;

no speeches about our connection or

erections or elective situations.

No word from him & I don't know how I should,

or what I do feel...

Was our goodbye for now, goodbye forever?

I don't know what to say...

except that I'm speechless.
