Waiting for your existence
Written By Travis Kelley

I sometimes see your face
Burning through clouds of sulfur
Illuminating my world
Just the same
I sometimes hear your laugh
Though the loudspeakers
That echo down the cavernous halls
Of my life
And sometimes I can feel your touch
Your hands on mine
A touch so soft
Its more a thought than anything
But I didn’t see your face
Because so far you have none
I couldn’t hear your voice
Because so far you are mute
And I didn’t feel your touch
Because so far you are not a physicality
You exist in my dreams
You exist in my heart
Now the hard part comes
Waiting for you to exist
In my life
