I made this list at random.  Someone asked me one day what I was looking for in a guy, and these are the things I thought of.  I know that sometimes in life we have to compromise on what we want, but ideally I'd want a guy who fit these standards.

Things I know I want in a guy:

I want a MAN; fully grown - 17 or under need not apply.

If a guy is of age, I don't care how old he is.

I don't have a racial, height or weight preference.

I want a guy who doesn't stand me up.  I know that sometimes there are circumstances that are beyond one's control, but I'm not talking about that.  I'm talking about being stood up again & again, as a part of some sick game.

I want a guy who is out of the closet; who is proud to be queer, and who can hold my hand in public (amongst other things) and not give a shit who sees us.

I want a guy who understands that the chemistry has got to be there.

I want a guy who doesn't smoke cigarettes...though I seem to date an awful lot of guys that do. lol

I want a guy who votes; who doesn't vote Republican; who understands that gay, lesbian, bisexual & transgender people matter & deserve respect.

I want a guy who doesn't get drunk all the time.

I want a guy who's happy with the size of his dick; be it small or large.  Someone who is secure in the knowledge that his body rocks my socks.  I love guys with big dicks, but guys with little hardons are hot too.  I like guys.  ;-0)

I want a guy who will dance with me in gay clubs, straight bars, concert halls, gothic zones, busy sidewalks & of course, my bedroom.

I want a guy I can sleep next to; who doesn't snore; who's body feels nice pressed against mine; who makes me feel comfortable without even trying.  But if the guy I fall for does snore, I can wear earplugs.  lol

I mostly prefer to bottom, so if I end up with a top that's fantastic.  But there are some guys that bring out the versatile side in me, and if I end up with a guy who brings that out, and is versatile as well, that would be hot.  A guy who gives as good as he gets; who only loves fucking/rimming/kissing/sucking/licking every inch of me as much as I love doing those things to him.  I want a guy who fucks me hard; a guy who can take my cock like a pro; who can swallow my dick & kiss me afterwards.

I want a guy who can perform; who is clean; who showers regularly.

I want a guy who will smoke a joint with me on special occasions; or if not, be with me when I do.  And I'm not a pothead; I've smoked maybe 7 times in the last 9 years; I just don't have a problem with it, and I'd prefer someone who was comfortable with it as well.

I want a guy who's main drug of choice is me.

I want a guy who's strong enough to be himself with me; be honest, weak, real, brave.

I want a guy who can be monogamous with me; get tested with me; and eventually fuck me/be fucked by me without a latex barrier between us. 

I don't have anything against Poz Guys, but I'm mostly a bottom and I don't think I could relax enough to enjoy sex if I was being fucked by a poz top.  But just because I can't be fucked by a Poz Guy does not mean that I can't be friends with them.  :-0) 

I want a guy who isn't afraid of a little kink; who sees it as nothing more than something else to share with one another.

I want a guy who understands that even between lovers, everyone needs some space.

I want a guy who doesn't mind that I like to sleep with the air conditioning on.
