My life is kind of a deadly blur lately. It's hard for me to express. And probably better if I don't.

I've started watching 2 new shows. I started watching The Closer, which is in it's 3rd Season. I also started watching Damages, which has only just begun it's first 13 episode season. I'm really enjoying these programs.

I read the new Buffy comic yesterday. I need to reread it. It was cool, but not what I expected, as I hoped that it would have been about a different character. Oh, well. There's still time for that story to come to light. And there was news that there will apparently be an Angel Season 6 comic, but since it's not owned by Darkhorse, I'm thinking that crossovers aren't very likely, which sucks.

I have to get my drivers licence renewed this week; probably do it today. I want to go to Borders and see if they have Starburst magazine. It's a foreign magazine, that I've seen there sometimes; the newist issue has news of Torchwood Season 2. I need to go to the bank too. And I should go to the Party Store and see about maybe getting some decorations for Saturday.

Bryan & Chris came over Friday night and played euchre with me and Mark (who made it home safely from his vacation). We also just talked and hung out, and it was nice. Chris finished reading Harry Potter 7 yesterday, and we talked about that. She's currently watching the first Cybermen two-parter of the new Doctor Who. So far her favorite episode is "The Girl In The Fireplace", which is my favorite episode also, and the it's the episode I showed Mollie and Mark to show them what I'd gotten hooked on - and they were NOT impressed. Thankfully, they later got hooked on the show.

Mollie should be home on Friday. I'll see her Saturday for sure. And Sunday we're all going to see Harry Potter 5 (Mollie, Karen, Bryan, Chris, some more friends and family, me, and I should ask Adam & Carrie to go too). Mollie is staying with Karen for a week, and then staying here for a week. I don't work again until after she heads back to Hell.

I didn't get to do any of the stuff that I planned to do yesterday. It bummed me out. On top of that I got no sleep because of my acid reflux. I did finish watching the first season of The Closer, which was pretty much the highlight of my day, as after that I got loads of bad news from Mark about how depressed he is, and how much he hates his life, and how I have to appear in court (something I hoped I'd never have to do again), and everything just felt so dire and oprresive. Add to this that I have not been the happiest camper the last month or so, and you can see how this was not a fun time. Oh, and my birthday party / welcome home Mollie party is not very well planned, and I've got next to no time to get it ready.

Now. After all that I got 8 hours of sleep. You may think that's an easy fix that I could have done ages ago, but the sad truth is that often, my body simply won't allow it. In this case I was lucky. Very lucky. And when I woke up things didn't feel AS bad. I started working on some stuff for Bryan & Chris, Pat & Cara. I read the media news. I read the gay news. I read all the news. I sent some e-mails. I posted about the party on myspace.

After Mark left for work, I started cleaning his room. His room is a huge mess, and it's mostly NOT his fault. He has several businesses that have run away with him, and he has next to zero energy because of this random pain thing that no doctor has properly taken care of. So...I'm doing that for him, or I'm starting to. I'm putting all the papers in a stack for him to sort through, and putting all his laundry downstairs for him to wash. I'm throwing away all the advertisements & shit. I'm doing this to help relieve his stress, which will relieve some of my stress. I also have to help him out with some bitserve stuff, and I have to get him to do his taxes, which he hasn't done in 3 years. When that's all taken care of, I know that he will be a happier person, and then all I'll have to worry about are MY problems.

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to address some of those problems.

I have a very busy day ahead of me to sort out some others. I'll try to write again later.

Mark's on his way to get me. More good news. Mark thought he had something like 100 days of paid vacation coming to him, and he was asking about it at work, as he thought he'd take some time off to spend with Mollie while she's here. I also thought this would be a great time to do his tax work, as there's a lot to sort through, only he apparently "lost" those paid vaction days by not using them earlier in the year - which is news to Mark, and news to me. He lost over 100 paid vacation days, and no one warned him, or informed him this was going to happen. I'm constantly reminded why I don't work where he does, and I'm grateful for that, but it sucks that Mark has to work there for now. They don't respect him. He's worked there for 5 years I think, and when he started he was working out of this guy's basement and he's helped built that company and they just walk all over him. I'm so pissed right now. I just...

There's too much shit going on right now. I wish it would just stop for a little while. Just a little while.

I was wrong. Mark didn't lose 100 days of paid vaction. lol He lost over 100 HOURS. Which makes more sense, but still that's over a week of money that he just lost without even knowing it. And the thing is, he's put off taking those days, because he's given such a hard time anytime he misses work because they've been so understaffed! His working situation, in my humble opinion, sucks. And I don't know what the fuck is wrong with these guys.
