Bald Jason's Musings

So Michael, who sent me a message last week telling me
to never contact him again, left on a comment on my blog
a few days later, which really pissed me off...like...I'd
asked him to not contact me, and he'd then asked me to
not contact him, but he was reading and commenting on
my blog? WTF? Mark had him blocked from my blog. I'd
already blocked him from Manhunt & Facebook. Well,
Thursday night he left me a really creepy, crazy message
on Farm Town. I'd thought because he was blocked on
Facebook that he wouldn't be able to contact me through
there but was I wrong - I didn't get the message until
Sunday. My phone interview with the state didn't happen on Friday.
Just like last year they didn't call on the day they said they
would. I was less worried about that this time because of
my past experience. Friday night I was planning on taking
a nap and then going to Necto but I ended up chatting
with this cool guy named Nick. We'd chatted with (and
complimented) each other in the past but this was much
more intense. He's 33. Lives near Port Huron. Cute as a
button. Anyways, I ended up talking to him for 6 hours.I slept really well. On saturday Mark & I went to my Aunt
Shawn's memorial service at my family's church. We were
10 minutes late, so we missed Janice's song (which she
played for me later, at my request - she was fantastic, as
always). We also apparently missed the tiny section in
which Joe the Pastor spoke about my Aunt at all. He
mentioned her name once, but everything else was about
how we're damned and going to hell if we don't accept
Christ. It sucked. I know I won't be at my own memorial,
but to anyone who's reading this, if you're there, and they
start trying to make it about their fictional invisible
mythological friend instead of me - have them removed.
Seriously. Ugh.Still, seeing all those family members from one of my
dad's sides of the family was awesome. Some of those
family members, I hadn't seen in over 20 years. We
snapped some pictures. Doug was very open about
welcoming Mark to the service. It was all good I suppose.
We later went to Payless shoes, where I found some great
atheletic shoes and Mark got some dress shoes - my
shoes cost $20; I look forward to walking around town in
them this summer. While at the store I got a text from Laurie. She & her mom
Diane were in Ann Arbor, which was crazed because it was
Hash Bash (which I've never been too - because hundreds
of stoned people just seem annoying to me). Mark
dropped me at home, and I spoke to Nick. Laurie & Diane
came over. Nick soon joined us. Laurie & Diane headed
out to see Phil (it was SO GOOD TO SEE THEM) and then
Nick & I hung out. Mark came home, bringing us Little
Caesars (having had his phone upgraded). We ate. Chilled.
Mark & Nick got on well. Nick stayed the night, and we
cuddled a bit, in our underwear.Sunday morning we had THE SEX. lol. It wasn't planned.
And it just happened, as it should. It wasn't pushed for. It
wasn't forced. It just came completely naturally. And then
shortly after that, we did it again. It was all good. Nick
later headed home, through a blizzard; he had homework
to do. I sent him off with a disc of Clone Wars episodes, as
he loves the show but had fallen behind. He ended up
watching them all that day.So, on Sunday I got the FarmTown message from Michael,
which was obviously left for me there because he couldn't
get to my blog. I deleted him from my Neighbors on the
game, which I thought would prevent him from sending
me crazy messages. Mark noticed that Michael had signed
up for some program on his phone (which we were paying
for) that was crazy expensive, and that the cost of keeping
his line had jumped up $10.00 more a month. That he had
this free phone, that he'd used to cheat on me with...that
he continued to enjoy despite lying to me, and hurting
me, and contacting me after me begging him not too -
and now he was using for things that were costing us still
more money - it was too much. Mark agreed when he
heard what Michael said in his message. Mark said he
never wanted to talk to Michael again and he had Michael's
phone shut off. He also blocked Michael's e-mail
addresses from my account, so he couldn't contact me
that way. He was still able to do so through Farm Town
though and he sent me a message in which he threatened
me; telling me to watch my back because I'd just made an
enemy...but I think he'd always been my enemy, he just
wasn't as direct about it. I was disgusted with the new
messages...he threatened suicide in the latter message (a
tactic he'd used to manipulate me in the past) I didn't want
him to suffer, I just didn't want to have any ties to him at
all. He obviously had access to a phone becuase he left
Mark & I several voicemails. I have no idea what they said
because I deleted them all rather than exposing myself to
his bitterness. I also found a way to keep him from
sending me Farm Town messages.Monday I woke up after not sleeping well (acid related I
thought, possibly from stress, and my throat had hurt on
Sunday). I helped Mark get ready for work as he was
running late. Then I tried to go back to sleep. Michael
called from a number I didn't recognize and I answered,
hoping it was the state interview about my health benefits,
but it was Michael. I hung up when I recognized his voice
and he then called me 7 more times and Mark several
times as well. Mark sent him an e-mail message asking
that he not contact me at all; that he only contact Mark for
access to some computers that he'd recently given Mark,
and told Michael to use this opportunity to call any jobs
he'd applied for - to touch base with them again and give
them his new number. Mark also pointed out to Michael
that Mark had noticed the night before that after losing
his phone, Michael had signed Mark & I up for an
expensive dating service using our phone numbers - and
that Michael wasn't as much the victim as he was playing
that he was. Michael sent an angry response but promised
to never contact us ever again. An ugly ending to an ugly
relationship. There were bright spots, and revelatory
moments, but it was so much more damaging than
anything else I've ever experienced. It might take me years
to recover. I've been broken by that man in so many
ways...countless ways that are hard to describe. I again
deleted all his voicemails without listening to them.Later the state called and I had my interview which I think
went well, but I won't know until they send me a letter. I'm
trying not to worry about that, with some success. I've
stayed in touch with Nick. There were mountains of Doctor Who / Clone Wars /
Torchwood news on Monday...which had me quite excited
and distracted me from the fact that I obviously had a
cold...or possibly really bad allergies. I suspect the former.
I'm still feeling lousy today. I'm tryint to stay upbeat
though.

I feel so out of it. I'm taking cough medicine cause it helps
me sleep, but I'm not coughing that much. There's just all
this sinus drainage that makes it hard to lay down. It's gross.
I've done almost nothing.

My cold / allergies continue to plague me. Blah.
I rewatched the first episode of the new Whoniverse last
night, 2005's "Rose"; the first episode of Season 27. It's
not the best episode ever. It has 1 or 2 really great
scenes...but the rest is kind of crappy. But it introduces
many, many important elements. Characters such as Rose,
9, Mickey & Jackie would recur over the next 4 seasons.
The Autons / Nestene Consciousness (last seen in Classic
Who) would return in Seasons 28 & 32. The new sonic
screwdriver / TARDIS interior would appear in Seasons 27-
32.The titles of the first 7 episodes of season 6 of the new
series of Who have now been released:6x01 The Impossible Astronaut [Part I]
6x02 Day of the Moon [Part II]
6x03 The Curse of the Black Spot
6x04 The Doctor's Wife
6x05 The Rebel Flesh [Part I]
6x06 The Almost People [Part II]
6x07 A Good Man Goes to War [Part I]At this point the season will take a break until the fall.
6x01 is actually Part III, after a mini-episode: Prequel 01.
There will be at least 2 more mini-prequel episodes this
year. Also, episode 6 is said to also contain a cliffhanger,
so I've been guessing that episodes 5-8 are a 4 part story. The season will continue in the fall, with most sources
pointing to September:6x08 ??? [Part II]
6x09 What Are Little Boys Made Of?**this is the 'working title' for this episode. The real title is
said to be either "House Call" or "Night Terrors".6x10 The Green Anchor
6x11 The God Complex
6x12 ??? [Part I]
6x13 ??? [Part II]These final 6 episodes will be followed by the annual
Christmas Special on Christmas Day.We'll also have 10 episodes of Torchwood this year
(beginning in July), though I strongly suspect they actually
take place in Season 33, unless there's a direct crossover
between the two. Sarah Jane returns for Season 5 in the
fall as well. I can't wait to have all the episodes so I can try
to figure out how best to watch them all. lol

I had my first coughing fit. Not loving it. The phlegm is
clear / white, which I think is a good sign. It's not yellow
or chunky. Gross. But probably a good sign.I've been taking in the vitamins to help. And taking my
cough medicine. Sleeping on and off. I need to get new
supplies soon, and I'm not sure if my benefits have been
renewed. They said they'll send me a letter. I think you're
supposed to feed a cold, so I've been eating as much as I
can, which isn't much with my condition. I wish I had some
Green Goodness.I've watched 3 episodes of Doctor Who, beginning with the
2005 series, so I may end up rewatching all of New Who in
preperation for the new season; I don't know. So I've
watched:27x01 Rose
27x02 The End of the World
27x03 The Unquiet DeadThat's 3 episodes of what will be more than 200 once the
current season has run it's course - not including the new
season of Torchwood, which I suspect is part of Season
33, rather than the currently unfolding 32.I'd like to clean a bit, but I don't want to spread my germs
and get Mark sick. I might just scrub my hands and then
do the dishes cause they NEED to be done. Maybe I'll just
clean up my room. I don't know. I'm in a bit of a haze
because of the illness.I talked to Nick earlier today. He's so cute. And his voice is
super sexy. I don't know if our meeting will lead to
anything more than friendship, but it would be nice. And if
not, I'm fine on my own, and grateful that I did meet him.
He seems nice, and very sympathetic to all the Micahel
insanity.Mark said he isn't coming home directly after work
tonight; he has some kind of meeting. I hope it all goes
well.Mollie & I have been playing Skype Tag. lol. I'm sure we'll
get in touch eventually.

I sorted all the recyclables. I emptied the trash. Cleaned up
my room. Did the dishes, which I'd asked Mark to do so I
wouldn't get my germs on all the dishes...but I needed clean
dishes and they weren't done. Oh well. I scrubbed first, so
hopefully that's fine. I washed some towels. I showered. I ate.
I brushed and flossed. I tried contacting Mollie again, but
couldn't get through.

I was up past Midnight. My stomach was upset and my cold
was bothering me. I watched more Doctor Who, with the
original Slitheen 2-Parter:27x04 Aliens of London [Part I]
27x05 World War Three [Part II]They're actually pretty important episodes. The Slitheen
family are still around and members of their species or
elements of this story would recur in seasons 27-32 (the
current season). Harriet Jones would appear twice more; the
'Time Can Be Rewritten' thing, and how that's not always
good, is implied with her character. They're the first episodes
of New Who to feature U.N.I.T. and this story introduces us to
Toshiko Sato, a main character on Torchwood. This story also
features the return of recurring characters Jackie Tyler &
Mickey Smith.I slept from around 2am-12:30pm. I was exhausted when I
passed out, not expecting to get any sleep at all, and waking
up, I felt better than I had in days. I'm still ill, but I really
needed that rest. I'm gonna have a snack and watch Chelsea
Lately.

The internet keeps going down. :(
I watched 27x06 Dalek
Oh...and I watched the new Nurse Jackie last night.
My stomach is still bothering me. I'd love to limit my food
intake, but I'm afraid that could prolong my illness. Blah.I took a nap. I had a nightmare that Michael was here to kill
me.

Our internet is fucked up. Someone's coming to look at it on
Saturday.I've watched 5 more installments of Who:
27x07 The Long Game
27x08 Father's Day
27x09 The Empty Child [Part I]
27x10 The Doctor Dances [Part II]
27x11 Boom TownMark & I went to Meijer Thursday night. I got a new belt
which may or may not work out for me. I got some groceries.
Mark forgot his wallet; thankfully I had some cash to cover
his stuff. :)I haven't shaved in like a week. The beard itches sometimes,
though I like the look of it. I might take some more pictures
with it tonight. I do want to shave it soon though. lol.I had this burst of energy earlier, where I just felt so much
better. I don't feel horrible now, but I'm still sick I think. I did
manage to have a good day though. :)

I watched:
28x01 Tardisode 01
28x02 New Earth
28x03 Tardisode 02I've started 28x04 Tooth & Claw, though I don't know if I'll
finish it before I pass out. It feels too warm in my room to
sleep at the moment. If I do finish it and then sleep, I'll have
16 days to watch 154 episodes...if I want to watch all of New
Who before the season premiere. Well, all the New Who that
I'm relatively sure of. I also have 11 installments that I won't
know where to place until later this year.

I did not finish 'Tooth & Claw' before passing out. I managed
to sleep well, again without taking cough medecine. I still
have a lot of phlegm...but maybe this is an allergy based
annoyance after all?

I had a really great conversation with Mollie earlier. I later
snapped a few pictures, though not on the scale I'd like to
attempt. I need some interesting backdrops is the thing.
Hmmm.I just got out of the shower. Mark asked if I could drive him
to work in 7 minutes but I couldn't be ready in time.I suddenly feel like I have NO energy. A bit stoned sort of
feeling. I'm not sure where that's coming from. Maybe I need
to eat. I've not had but a glass of Silk in over 12 hours so
that's probably it.I'm going to eat and watch Chelsea Lately, I think. Though
I'm tempted to just go back to sleep. Aside from the lack of
energy I feel fine. Like I feel 99% better than I did earlier this
week. Maybe I should get back to the 3rd Wicked Years book.
Hmm. I have plenty more Doctor Who to watch. Pictures to
take. That's probably what my weekend will entail. I might go
to Kroger. But I don't have any big plans.

I ate...with no ill side effects...yet. I watched Chelsea Lately.
Our internet seems to be working really well tonight. I traded
some texts with Nick, while reading the new EW. I still feel
sort of tired and might sleep...or might do something
random. Who knows?I stumbled on some random info that I so shouldn't have.
That's happened a lot in the last year. Maybe this time it will
be for the best.
