Anakin is made a Jedi Knight in Chapter 21. In Chapter 22 there is a montage of events which ends with Anakin reuniting with Padme, where we see the scar on Anakin's face for the first time - a scar that he has in all future appearances so we know this event takes place before the later The Clone Wars series. When this scene between the secretly married couple ends, the series jumps forward about 3 years into the closing events of the war that lead into Episode III - so the episode should be stopped at that point.
